Extract "DroidRazrUtility1.7forICS.zip" to a location you'll remember.2.
DO NOT extract the "Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip" compressed folder.3.
Copy the "Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip" compressed folder to your phone's micro-sd card.4.

It is a good idea to wipe the phone of your data, because I've noticed that there were some weird glitches, but they were corrected after doing a wipe. Here is how you can perform a wipe of your phone. Remember, all should be good if you've been backing-up your data using your Google Account.
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Turn it back on by holding BOTH volume buttons down, and while holding them, press the Power button.
3. You will then have multiple options. Use the VOLUME DOWN key to scroll down to "Recovery", then press volume up to select it. The phone will reboot into recovery to a picture of an Android with an exclamation point.
4. Press BOTH volume buttons at the same time and release. Use the volume keys to scroll down to "wipe data/factory reset", and hit the power button. Scroll down to "Yes" and hit the power button. After its done, select "reboot system now".
